Far-Left
Far-left antisemitism appears when anger at power turns Jews into symbols of capitalism, empire, or hidden control.

The idea
Most left-wing politics is not antisemitic, but some radical traditions have treated Jewish identity as a mask for money, colonialism, or reaction.
The recurring move
The danger point is substitution: critique of systems becomes suspicion of a people, or Jewish self-determination is judged by standards not applied elsewhere.
Russia · Rootless cosmopolitans
Stalin’s late campaigns targeted Jewish cultural figures and professionals through accusations of foreign attachment and disloyalty. Jewish institutions were suppressed and Jewish writers executed. The language often avoided saying simply that Jews were the enemy, while making Jewish origin central to the selection of suspects.
